Q: How do I become a Candle of the Month Club Member or sign up someone else?

A: Call us at (800) 396-0332 or join on our website at www.mccallscandles.com. Please note that once you join The Candle of the Month Club, you will receive a shipment every other month and your credit card will be charged accordingly. If at anytime you would like to cancel your membership, please provide 30-days written or verbal notice. If we are close to the next shipment we may not be able to cancel the impending shipment, so please remember to allow 30 days for the cancellation to become effective.

Q: Can I give a Candle of the Month Club membership as a gift?

A: Yes, and what a great gift is makes! All you need to do is provide the recipient's information. (Be sure and provide us with an appropriate shipping address for the recipient. No PO Boxes or APO/Addresses!) They will receive a welcome letter announcing the gift from you. We offer gift packages of 3-Shipments (over 6 months), 6-Shipments (over 12 months/1 Year), or 12 Shipments (over 24 Months/2 Years). Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of initial purchase. (The amount will depend on the package you choose).

Q: How do I change my membership information (address, phone, credit card, etc.)?

A: Call us and we can change the information promptly. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card expiration dates, change of billing/shipping address, etc.

Q: What if I'm going to be gone at the time a shipment is due to be sent?

A: Since we really want you to receive your candles (and YOU will really want to receive them, too) please make sure someone (a neighbor, friend, family member) can pick up your shipments while youre gone. (As you know, we highly recommend that your candles be delivered to an address where someone will be able to physically receive them at the time of delivery to avoid the candles being exposed to the elements).

Q: What if I'm not home when they try to deliver my shipment?

A: We highly recommend that your candles be delivered to an address where someone will be able to physically receive them at the time of delivery (to avoid the candles being exposed to the elements). Please make sure to pickup packages promptly if they are left for you.

Q: I signed up myself, but can I ship each shipment to others like my spouse, friends or other family members?

A: Each Candle of the Month Club Membership can only be shipped to the same address each month. As other clubs do, the benefits apply only to you and your spouse. Sorry, no other family members, friends, girlfriends, or boyfriends can use your membership. Dont forget, however, that The Candle of the Month Club Membership makes a great gift. So sign em up!

Q: How will I know what the exact charges will be?

A: Each Candle of the Month membership shipment will be charged at the time of shipment and depends on which membership plan you have signed up for (see the 3 different types on our Candle Club page). Sorry, but a receipt will not be included in your shipment. If you are purchasing the Candle of the Month Club as a gift for someone else, your credit card will be charged the full membership amount at the time of initial purchase. (The amount will depend on the package you choose.) Please note that California and Missouri members will be charged sales tax on each shipment.

Q: Can I receive just certain fragrances?

A: We only offer our pre-packed sets of Candles/Candle Bars for every shipment. So, every other month we plan to ship you 2 Jar Candles or Candle Bars (already pre-determined and pre-packaged). We regret that we cant customize each order, but we have done our homework so that you will receive appropriate fragrances based on the seasons. If you find a favorite call us and we can search for a store near you so you can stock up or you can order directly on our website or by calling us!

Q: What if I dont like a fragrance I receive?

A: Its hard to imagine there would be a McCalls fragrance that you wouldnt like, however, everyone has different nose-buds as they do taste-buds! We try our hardest to package only our most popular & favorite fragrances, but again, everyone has different opinions on what their favorites are! We recommend that you give any unwanted Candles/Candle Bars as a gift to someone else! Remember, too, you can cancel anytime after your first shipment.

Q: Will I ever receive the same fragrance more than once?

A: There will eventually be times where you will receive a fragrance you have already received. However, we certainly try our hardest to come up with combinations that are different and seasonally appropriate. (We may, for example, send you Pumpkin Spice in the fall one year, and you may receive it again in a future fall seasonsince it is pretty limited to that season.) We can only imagine that you will anticipate EVERY shipment and look forward to each fragrance within that shipment!

Q: How do I cancel or rejoin?

A: To cancel (after you receive your first shipment) call us at (800) 396-0332. If we are close to the next shipment we may not be able to cancel the impending shipment, so allow 30 days for the cancellation to become effective. To rejoin, simply call us at (800) 396-0332.
