If you Purchased McCall’s products on our Website or by Calling us Direct
If you purchased our products from us directly, we would be happy to assist with a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sales are final on discontinued and clearance merchandise.
Customer will be liable for shipping, handling and any other applicable charges on all returned, exchanged, or refused orders.

- If emailing us or leaving us a voicemail: Please include your full name, contact phone number (if you would prefer to communicate via email, please let us know) order #, and a brief explanation of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

If you purchased our products at one of our authorized retailers, please contact the store for their return policy.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at 660-433-2380 M-F 8-4:30pst | email us at customercare@ozarkbrands.com before returning the product. We will provide the proper return instructions for you.
